We want you to be completely satisfied with your Box Menswear purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene seals are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
